Designed to function at temperatures as low as 44 degrees F, the unit is ideal for use in the basement, but is effective in the living room, bedroom, office, or wherever excess humidity is present. Electronic, soft-touch controls with LCD digital display make the functions of the unit easy to set and read, and its adjustable electronic humidistat allows for accurately regulating humidity levels according to personal preference. The two systems for collecting condensation include either discharging moisture continuously through the connector hose or collecting moisture in the large tank. An indicator light illuminates when the tank is full, while automatic overflow protection turns the dehumidifier off until the water bucket is emptied. Its air-filtration technology includes a permanent, washable air-filter that traps bothersome airborne particles and extends the life of the unit.
