  I have owned this product for 2 years now and it is one of those things where you can't really tell if it is working but I can say that since I have very hard water it is really easy to maintain and doesn't get all clogged up with deposits (if you use the correct additive and cleaner). It seems to be cleaning the air but I really cannot tell if it is actually adding humidity to the air. I have sinus problems and it seems to be helping a little-not a lot....more info
