• Best Flat Irons I've Ever Used!!!
  This was my first time investing in more expensive flat irons. I used to use the Golden Hot line, but the irons (they were ceramic "plated")were no match for these. I did some research and read tons of reviews (from various web sites), and I must say that this product lives up to the hype. I was satisfied with how the transaction was handled as well. I received the product in a very timely fashion and it was worth every penny. I will be ordering from this vendor again. I would like to order another FHI iron, but a larger model....more info

  I cannot really review this product, as I'm sure it is great, but God help you if you have to return a product from this company. I bought one of these expensive irons as a gift and she'd already gotten one, so I thought I'd return it, no big deal... well I was wrong. They wrap their products in an impossible tissue paper and then tell you that you cannot return it unless it is in basically immaculate condition. Needless to say I am trying to sell the one I bought now....more info

  I think that this flat iron is the best your money can buy for you. Your hair will look even better than salon straight every day and works with the most thick, coarse, and wavy hair. It is also compatible to create natural waves without any crimp. The iron will live beyond it's warranty if properly used. I would recommend it to anyone....more info

• Worth the money
  I've wanted to get a hair straightener for some time, but was reluctant to spend a lot of money. I had my hair cut recently and the stylist was using this FHI straightener. She highly recommended it.
  
  I opted for the cheaper item by hot tools. It was worthless. I returned it two days later for this model. I am so happy I did it! It looks like I just left the salon. It takes me less than ten minutes to do my hair, and it makes it look so smooth and shiny. Don't even waste your time and money this is the one you should get.

• FHI Ionic Ceramic Styling Iron 1"
  I just purchased this iron after growing out my hair for the last six months. My hair is thick and quite coarse and it still works great. Having tried several less expensive flat irons, I was unprepared the great job that this iron would do. It's great! I suggest that everyone who wants a great flat iron, get this one. It makes your hair look like you just left the salon!!...more info
• good product, still takes time
  I like my FHI, but I'm not sure it was worth the money. I have very long, thick, wavy, frizzy hair. The FHI has cut maybe 10 minute off my straightening time of at least an hour. I still have to straighten in very small sections and go over them about 3 times, the same as I did with my cheapo straightener. I do however LOVE that the cord never gets tangled, because of the swivel.

• Working great for over one year now...
  My in-laws are nice enough to give me Amazon gift cards every year for Christmas. I decided to put my gift money towards an expensive hair straightener. I straighten my hair almost daily, so I might as well make it as easy as possible. I've used crappy straighteners purchased from Wal-Mart or drug stores for years. I felt ready to upgrade after all that frustration.
  
  I was a little nervous ordering through Amazon based on several other reviews I've read about faulty straighteners and difficulty obtaining replacements. But, I've had this straightener for almost a year with no problems. It really does a great job (worlds better than any crappy Conair I've tried in the past). It is much faster and more effective than the cheaper models. I'm quite pleased....more info
