power packed punch! I had been shopping around for a while, when I found this little gem! I have really long, thick hair that took 20-30 minutes to just get to the damp stage with my old dryer. With this Conair Ionic dryer, I can towel off my hair, put in my styling products and blow the majority of the wetness out in about 4 to 5 minutes. I leave my hair a bit damp so that it will air dry.
I think the thing that sold me was that you have three heat settings, hot: which is pretty hot, warm, and cool, which I prefer. The speeds are high, low, & off. I would have liked for it to have a diffuser attachment included, but ehh... no biggie.
I'd agree that it is a bit heavy, but as long as I'm not blow drying it straight, then it's not that big of a deal. I've been using it about a month, and I do seem to notice that it is not as frizzy and dry, but that could be in part to that I've been using it on cold, for just a few minutes, whereas, with my old dryer, it was HOTHOTHOT for 20 minutes.
I would definately buy this one again!...more info
